1) Tell us your travel dreams | Click here to complete our information form and we will reach out to start an initial conversation.  This form allows us to know you better, become familiar with your travel needs and your budget and helps the planning process go smoothly.

2) Let's talk about it | Once you submit your form, we will review your information and reach out to discuss your travel plans further.  If necessary, we'll schedule a time to hear more about your dreams and talk through potential travel destinations you'd be interested in.  This will advance the process to make sure everything is perfect.

3) Planning your dream trip | We will work to put some plans together for your dream trip.  This process will cover every detail you wish to have taken care of.  We will book your hotel for you complementary using our extensive travel partners network to get you all the extra perks and VIP treatment available.  If you desire additional bookings for flights, ground transportation, spa treatments, reservations for dinner, excursions, activities and more, we will talk through a budget and any associated fees for your trip.

4) Confirming Itinerary | Once your itinerary is put together, you will have the chance to review everything and we will do the rest.  You will receive your travel documents prior to your trip departure.  We will also reach out to your accommodation to make sure they know you are a VIP to ensure available perks and amenities are there for you upon your arrival.

5) Travel, Rest and Relax! | That's it!  You're all set.  If you need anything, we will be standing by to ensure your trip is memorable and stress-free.  We'll be available before and during your trip.  Once your trip is done, we'll reach out to see how everything went!
